Dreams of bewilderment
Dreams, deep in a diamond cast
Fleeting,a shimmer light,
Singing a melody so demure
Soft, and seemingly far
Echoing a voiceless whisper.
A distant sonata-- your voice,
That I tried to reach;
That I tried to comprehend.
Closely, as if engulfing me
Grasping my entire being.
Vehemently seeking--
With a heart beat,
With a foot step,
A touch of your heart.
I won't wake up anymore.
